Guests will enjoy a ski in ski out location, a 12 person outdoor hot-tub, heated driveway and garage, and of course luxurious accommodations in our privately owned condominium unit.

We have very reasonable rates for our Breckenridge rental which you’ll find are up to a 50% discount on what large management companies would charge. We treat our condo like our second home so you can enjoy it as your home away from home in Breckenridge.
Our rental condo in Breckenridge is the perfect place for your lodging needs. Whether you want to ski,snowboard, fish, raft, shop, relax, get a massage, sleep , or anything else you can imagine. Our unit can sleep 6 comfortably in 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. If you need something bigger or something smaller let us know and we can point you in the right direction.

When you arrive at our condo in Los Pinos you will find a well furnished, quiet, private corner unit in perfect condition. You can park in our one car heated garage and then strap on your skis to head to the slopes or relax and watch a DVD in surround sound.
The condo unit also features high speed wireless internet access, cable TV, 2 decks, a full kitchen and a dining area. The master bed room has a queen bed with its own bathroom including a jetted tub. The second bedroom has 2 twin beds and a private deck overlooking downtown Breckenridge and the mountains. A second bathroom has a glass stall shower. The deck off the living area contains 2 rocking chairs and overlooks the ski mountain and surrounding resorts. A small desk is available in the corner for those who need to stay in touch with the office. The sofa turns into a queen sized bed to house the extra guests.
